Technology, understanding clients’ needs and a commitment to innovation is driving our business forward as we find ever more effective and efficient ways to deliver services.

Inventing new tools and systems

An example of this is our award-winning trunk mains cleaning service which reduces cost, downtime, disruption, risk and environmental impact whilst ensuring water purity. We invented and European patented the unique 12-nozzle spray head with its adjustable, revolving head and spring loaded arms, which enable it to negotiate 90° bends.

Evolving the way we work

We invest significantly in training and our in-house facilities and programmes help individuals to reach their full potential; continuously improving team performance.

Our fully computerised work management system provides site teams with up to date information and ensures accountability for safety, environmental and quality standards. The system also supports customer service by providing accurate information and enabling realistic job planning. It allows the collection of accurate and timely data, used by clients to improve the management of their assets.

Our innovative approach to customer service has culminated in our award-winning ‘Good Neighbour’ strategy for maintaining customer satisfaction during construction projects.
